The company story
Since May 2016 berner+becker is changing the way how independent hotels and smaller chains are having access to high qualitative revenue management services. We are a growing fun team and with a proven 15% RevPAR increase for many of our clients, naturally more hotels want to jump on board, that’s why we need YOU to help us deliver the highest quality of revenue management service to them!
Position
YOU will become a key part of the team and will support our revenue managers in their daily work, enabling them to do an even better job.
WE will make sure you will learn everything there is to learn about revenue management, assign you several mentors who will show you every step of their revenue management work with clients in various markets and develop you into a full grown revenue manager within 1-2 years.
During your daily work you will be responsible for:
Analysis and report preparation – distribution & competitor analysis – price and rate parity checks –rate loadings – group quotations – research – sales & marketing support – anything else that can bring the company forward

YOU
We are looking for YOU if you have a strong interest in revenue management and if you possess the following character traits:
Strong problem-solving skills – structured work approach – strong communication skills – good understanding of IT systems – creative – flexible – fun at work
Further we need you to have a university education (Bachelor’s degree or higher), a work permit for the European Union and would prefer if you speak German. Previous internships in revenue management are preferred but not required.
Location – Munich / Berlin
For our clients we make wonders happen from in our state of the art head office in the heart of Munich as well as from our centrally located Berlin office based in a nice co-working space with a roof top terrace overlooking the city.
We believe in a close team cooperation and look forward to welcoming you here! Obviously some home office days are also perfectly fine.
