If you’d like to actively support our Revenue Team as a Revenue Coordinator in essential tasks while learning from the best, then you’re in the right place! This role also offers you the opportunity to grow into a Revenue Manager position, depending on your interests and qualifications. We will support you on this journey with detailed on-the-job and off-the-job training.
The company story
Since May 2016 berner+becker is changing the way how independent hotels and smaller chains are having access to high qualitative revenue management services. We are a growing fun team and with a proven 15% RevPAR increase for many of our clients, naturally more hotels want to jump on board, that’s why we need YOU to help us deliver the highest quality of revenue management service to them!
Position
YOU will become an essential part of the team and support our Revenue Managers in their daily work.
WE will ensure that you learn everything about revenue management to support your colleagues in the best possible way.
In your daily work, you will be responsible for, among other things:
Analyses and reporting – Online distribution and competitor comparisons – Rate loading – Price and rate parity checks – Research – Technical support for customer systems – Sales & marketing support – Group quotations – Everything else that can move us forward
The tasks are diverse – we are a constantly evolving company, and there is always something exciting to do.
YOU
We are looking for YOU if you have a strong interest in revenue management and if you possess the following character traits:
Strong problem-solving skills – structured work approach – strong communication skills – good understanding of IT systems – creative – flexible – fun at work
Ideally, you already have work experience in hotel reservations or the revenue department of a hotel. A relevant degree is also an advantage.
Location – Munich / Berlin / Frankfurt
Our head office is located in the heart of Munich, just a stone’s throw from Stiglmaierplatz and the main train station. Our Berlin office is situated in a central co-working space with a large rooftop terrace near Zoologischer Garten station, and in Frankfurt, we work in the beautiful Westend district. We believe in close collaboration within the team and look forward to welcoming you here soon! Of course, occasional remote work from home is no problem.
